7 words to remove from your vocabulary
The Bible speaks about the power of words in relationship to your personal self-esteem. It says “A wholesome tongue is a tree of life” (Proverbs 15:4). Proverbs 23:7 says “As he thinks in his heart so is he”. Your words will bring life if they are good, but destruction if they are not. Here are 7 words you should eliminate from your vocabulary right now.
- Can’t. You can do all things through Christ who strengths you. (Phil. 4:13)
- Never. All things are possible to those who believe. (Mark 9:23)
- Quit. “Let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” (Galatians 6:9)
- Depressed. “Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say rejoice.” (Phil. 4:4)
- Hate. The Holy Ghost sheds the love of god abroad in our hearts. (Romans 5:5)
- Doubt. “So then faith comes by hear, and hearing by the Word of God. (Romans 10:17)
- Broke. My God shall supply all of my need according to His riches in Glory by Christ Jesus. (Phil. 4:19)
